I went down the rabbithole a couple of years ago and tried journaling. It was tough to stay disciplined. Always felt like it rhymes with the sub-culture of ASMR.

I similarly went down the lucid dreaming rabbithole a while back. It was great for some time - and mindblowing the first few times I was successful - but alas I gradually stopped practicing and lost the ability.

I use lucid dreaming to mull over problems I’m having a hard time solving while awake. I find using the free associative firehose of the dreaming mind to be a powerful tool for thinking more outside of the box, but still controlled to a degree by being aware of the dream.

I've written a white paper that has lucid dreaming as one of its core concepts that is part of a network we have been working towards to https://network.fund/network.pdf

ItI was in a spiritual trip in Ojai and had an about 3 hours channeling session with a spirit name Dr.Peeples. We were def in a cosmic bubble during the period and shifting reality. One girl specifically brought up lucid dreaming and I see it here. Synchronicities.

i dream things that happen days/weeks/months later I write everything down. After 27 years of this, i came to believe im not special but that everyone does dream things that are gonna happen especially if its major things in ones life - most people just forget those dreams
