Warpcast needs a way for apps like Tavern to send Notifs to their users. MiniApp prophecy!

Taverns can use events.xyz to send notifications.
I've done that and it works great.

It's very cool. @eventsxyz is awesome. But I do still want Notifications as a Farcaster Lego to complete the MiniApp suite of Actions, Frames, DCs, and Bots. I know DCs can pinch hit for Notifs, but it's not quite the same.

yes i appreciate this from a technical standpoint but as a developer trying to reengage users its a very subpar experience. apps want to be in the notifications panel not stuck in the weird aesthetics of a dc from a bot. it doesn’t feel correct.

programmable DCs allow for this already if the user has notifs on

@supercast and @nook and flink.fyi come to mind. havent spent enough time with kiosk yet. i liked them all but i'm interested in the consumer ux and warpcast is it for now

True because people needs to be aware if there’s something important happening on those apps
