Yup, primarily the way I have been getting around it is building apps with n=1 so there is no patient identification data and sharing it 'internally' using unique logins. Thats a good way to bypass it, but is very tedious as then its harder to scale. Built a few things like an Anxiety, sleep, med tracker that is username only as well.

I do download the code from Replit or have Cursor write it and run an AI based 'emr' that tracks my patients, but limitation is that I can only go up to Deepseek14b with my mac. Also made an app that automates my progress notes which runs locally so notes leave the machine. 

Definitely still a work in progress, but learned so much in the past 1.5years doing this.
