Guys I don’t want to go back to Austin. I really don’t. I have the best job I’ve ever had in the worst city I’ve ever lived in, and I don’t know what to do. Being away I feel so much more peaceful, energetic and free.

In the city? Idk…… In some ways I have it great right now because I do have easy access to the city’s biggest and best trail. Problem being I hate going out there. I’m like a fearful little rat.

it sounds like your experience of the city is so different to other accounts i’ve heard that i wonder if the problem is in part where in the city you live. i’ve never been there so idk anything

It could be bad luck. :( and then also my attitude keeps getting worse and worse so I view all of it very uncharitably. And then on top I am very reclusive. I don’t have activation energy while I’m there, I don’t want to do things at all. I told my weightlifting coach if it wasn’t for his accountability I would have stopped working out, too. It’s a downward spiral
