@jakerr.eth looks like you’ve got quite the resume yourself. I’m eager to know what you look for. Do you hire outside of your immediate network? I feel like there’s a lot of friend hiring regardless of past skill set in web3, how does someone without the network get a fair shot coming into the space?

I’m currently on the hunt for something in the marketing / events space of web3 and in the past I’ve made cute creative resumes, but I’m starting to think hiring is more of a network based thing. Who you know gets you in the door. Any advise on this?
