How have the structures in a “future of work” environment such as a DAOs changed from traditional operations? What hiring trends are you noticing right now?

Traditional ops is rigid but predictable. DAOs are fluid & dynamic but often unpredictable as there is not the same level of operational discipline. One big difference I see is that the traditional world invests more in operational knowledge & skills while DAOs mostly invest in tooling which isn't really enough
