I think getting their email and sponsoring an invite for them to join is prob the best way (if you get them to convert) Invites on the left

Yes I have done this a few times but once they get here, what’s the best thing for them to do to start? Following some channels? Make cast right away?

/welcome create a post on welcome channel introducing them to farcaster and telling us why we should follow is a good strat imho
