I think getting their email and sponsoring an invite for them to join is prob the best way (if you get them to convert)

I have some insight on what to do now, I was a bit confused where to start but I am going to focus on this more and my goal is to onboard another 1,000 😈

yep i'd also say introducing them yourself to get them some folllowers/interactions early where the algo misses is also nice, you could send them some starter packs. / lists of channels 

i think team merkle was working on some channel focused onboarding but not sure
