It seems to be pretty effective to me… Since he uses the cameras in his fleet of vehicles as a nationwide private surveillance system, it’s logical, even.

It’s not exactly dumping tea in a harbor, but our nation’s independence from the British aristocracy began with property destruction as a form of protest. The double hit of tesla insuring its own vehicles and loss of sales from the sudden controversy is really knocking them on their ass. Tesla foots the bill for the vandalism, while demand for their products shrinks due to disgust for their leader. And the president’s insane overreaction is a big ass microphone spreading the word about the flaming cars.
