During the day I only saw females, unfortunately. 

Nature update: an owl has caught a rabbit or maybe a chipmunk.

When the males open up that plumage it is pretty though

Peacocks, or at least the type around me (which are not a native species) can make some pretty gnarly noises. Little dinosaurs with a deep screech. I feel for you.
