Scrambling is harsh, but not too far off. The fact that this got approved for dencun within 10 days of its draft is unprecedented. We need this, but the speed at which it happened makes me a feel uneasy.

The only case against inclusion that I’ve seen is “it’s too last minute and might disrupt Dencun planning”.

Is anybody still in disagreement with the actual proposal?

Any public concerns I’ve seen from a few weeks ago have been walked back. Seems like an important inclusion.
