Scrambling is harsh, but not too far off. The fact that this got approved for dencun within 10 days of its draft is unprecedented. We need this, but the speed at which it happened makes me a feel uneasy.

Thanks for this @hww ! I wasn’t aware of the previous proposal, that gives some more clarity. Two months is more than a fair amount of time to get feedback.
