Why is Midjourney so much better than all the other generative image AIs?

I've been using Mid V4 and V5 extensively and I also tried stable diffusion with control net and a bunch of models. I think both can do great and different things. For example I'd use SD if I have to design a series of medieval items with a specific shape etc.. But in term of experience Midjourney is way more pleasant.
