Damn my dad is tilted about AI. He’s very worried about systemic job losses that will occur. What does one say to this?

Problem being the future of work is a bit too futuristic and internet/cryptonative for so many people. No easy answer. Uncharted territory. Just have to adapt as best as possible, which is hard for many people who don’t have any time in a society that is designed for maximum output, distractions and compression of time.
