Introducing Lumber Camps! 🪚

Lumber Camps help you automate collecting wood in your village.

They cost 🪵 to build.
cost 🪵 = Max(50, 50% of 🏆)

Once you have a lumber camp you'll be able to allocate villagers to logging.
You can update how many villagers are logging any time you choose.

100 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦's can go logging per Lumber Camp. So you'll have to build multiple of them to send more villagers.

1 villager logs 0.0000115 🪵 per second. So with 100 villagers logging you'd gain 4.1 🪵 per hour. The ui will show you these calculations.

And the 🪵 is given to you slowly over time.

It seems like the logging confirmation text dissolved/disappeared very quickly. Also, I momentarily say a “+104 🪵” graphic that was confusing.

It’s a great addition! It adds a risk factor as you need to save more wood, which exposes you to raids, like the one you did on my village few minutes ago for example 🥲

The thing is, under the current circumstances, the efficiency is almost very close to normal levels. In other words, even 100 normal workers mining wood would yield about the same amount. That’s why spending this much wood to have a Lumber Camp workshop might not be very appealing.

My suggestion is that if a cost is going to be incurred for it, then it’s good to have an incentive as well.
For example, either the extraction amount should be higher, or it shouldn’t require so many workers!

I don’t think it’s one I’m going get into the cost, reward and  risks factor don’t pan out well with me 😂

I think I’m safer this way
