Yeah, but at the same time I think what web3 gives needs to be utilized. Otherwise it should just be a web2 game.

Fun should definitely be the main goal.

A focus on fun while abstracting the web3 aspect. Pretty much every web3 focused game tries to lead with the web3 aspect rather than use attributes of web3 in the overall experience.

Fun first. Imagine slay the spire or any epic deck building game. It can simply be fun.

Then web3 can reward farming rare cards and trade them on an open market — and most of this securitization can happen out in the open, even by third parties — the dev could extract fees via an L2 or inherent in the NFTs, etc.

The quality of gamefi projects now looks a lot better than before I hope everyone will enjoy the game
