A hypothetical for you... Let's say I wanted to get ripped... What books, courses, podcasts, YouTubers, food/diets would you recommend?

Yes, for the last 3 years I did only body weight workouts 4 times a week. But only 30 mins a day and No gym. Fallen off this a bit the last 4 months. Neither A, B, or C. I feel like I could have more knowledge on how to do a lot better and in-gym stuff. And just need to make it more of a priority.

Iβve been working out 5x per week for 20 years what I find works well to βchangeβ a body: - early on, lots of push-ups - pull-ups. You can change your body significantly just from pull-ups every other day - deadlifts - heavier and heavier - military presses fr ground to overhead - heavier and heavier

most gyms will give you a tour and maybe a free PT sesh on sign-up! Machines have instructions on them and often isolate specific muscle groups so I suggest asking them to show you how to use the free weights section β compound movements like squat, deadlift, pull-ups are more efficient unless youβre a bodybuilder
