A hypothetical for you... Let's say I wanted to get ripped... What books, courses, podcasts, YouTubers, food/diets would you recommend?

Basically workout intensively with progressively heavier weights 6 days a week, eat your body weight in grams of protein, take creatine (5 grams/ day), drink lots of water, get lots of sleep. Avoid drinking. Eventually trim down. Good genetics help! This series has a lot of science stuff https://youtu.be/CyDLbrZK75U

Youβre issue with those dimensions will probably be eating enough. But youβll see it quickly if you hit reasonable macro targets, take creatine, and lift increasingly heavy weights (5x5 is a great starting point with some beach bod lifts incorporated). Gotta show the progress pics!
