I finally got to go to Yōkoku-ji Temple (Yanagidani Kannon) and they took all my money. It’s really far out of the city but on the 17th of the month they have a shuttle. They have a shrine to Benzaiten (the goddess who protects artists), a spring that cures eye diseases, and some of the deities are only on display to the public on this day! Lucky. I will go in the fall too. I bet it’s spectacular. Thanks @anco for making sure it was on my radar!

I also think they were trying to tell me the date on the Benzaiten Goshuin was wrong but I don’t mind because it’s so beautiful and I knew it was limited but 3 people bowed to me and kept apologizing.
