Tbh discord is being used as a blunt instrument for quite a few problems. Great for community, difficult at conversion and convenience. 

I don’t think it goes away. I think it gets unbundled into email and a few other communication methods. I’d give up my email to not sit in 40 discords for instance.

Oh that’s cool! Hadn’t seen that before. Was just thinking the other day on Twitter I’m surprised there’s no aggregation of spaces convos I can see for those I’m related to. 

It would arguably be a better “podcast” list

yeah I agree... that idea of unbundling is the thinking behind the coming v2 of @event. It'll be one place to check what events are happening in all your communities, and what people are saying about them.
