Sugar consumption. I’m very curious to know how bad it actually is. Sugar consumption has declined since the ~70s but obesity has increased at the same rate. Same has happened with red meat. So it seems that those two are not as big of the culprits as they’re often made out to be. I’ve added more sugar to my diet via honey and fruit sorbets and really enjoyed it, no apparent impact on weight or health too.
