Disorienting / mysterious time travel books? I love movies with disorienting, confusing time jumps as a mystery the audience is trying to solve, like Primer and Tenet. Are there any books that do a good job of this?

Have to mention Memento. If you live time-bending stuff, you might like Einstein's Dreams. Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance also features a weird timeline. And of course, the classic Tralfamadorians in Slaughterhouse Five.
