The worst part about Austin isn’t the heat or homelessness. It’s how often you’ll meet someone who seems cool and normal then discover they’re top 1% in their MLM or shilling some late-stage-burning-man spirituality cult. Often both!

yikes, i find that i want to be surrounded by people who think for themselves and i quickly learned those in MLMs and spirituality cults or practices often do not not for me
