Bringing the world onchain means including women. Last night I was lucky enough to learn how the NYU Blockchain Club plans to do just that. @base held a meet up for the club and we talked about ways to elevate the women in their club, including: holding dedicated time to connect and share experiences, asking men for help in the effort, and my personal favorite- being each other's advocates. Can’t wait to see what this next generation of WOMEN builders do ✨

Here are my 7 tips for conducting UX interviews: 1. Set the stage that you are here to learn, not sell 2. Be broad at first; save specific questions for the end 3. Answer questions with questions (not answers) 4. Always ask open-ended questions 5. Don’t be afraid of silence 6. Ask the participant to recap 7.
