1. Set the stage that you are here to learn, not sell
2. Be broad at first; save specific questions for the end
3. Answer questions with questions (not answers)
4. Always ask open-ended questions
5. Don’t be afraid of silence
6. Ask the participant to recap 
7. Don’t give the answer in the question
