Who is building tipcaster? A second protocol that handles tipping farcaster users. Some of tip flows goes to protocol, some is rebated to most active tippers, the rest goes to the recipient.

One feature we announced yesterday that I think is massive (I'm biased) is webhooks. You can listen to events on users and wallets, and then hook it up to different tools - crm, zapier etc. You can see a quick walkthrough here: https://www.dynamic.xyz/features/webhooks (DM me if you want early access).

I disagree. While I do think there's an element of paid promotion to it, 30u30 selections are typically shooting for a big impact. I do think there's a problem with glorifying young people rather than others, but still probably a net good.
