What I've been working on the most - a dev library to transform EVM transactions into a human-readable format. Imagine getting the full context of what happened in a transaction, including a one-string summary, using just a JS library and without relying on 3rd-party APIs. Similar to what onceupon was doing with contextualizing on-chain data, but instead of a closed API, this is a dev library that works in any JS environment and is easy to contribute to.

very cool! in case it’s helpful, our code for this was all open source and able to work with raw rpc data https://github.com/Once-Upon/context

I wonder if it might be possible to tap into the labelling that zapper contributors have done so far

Super cool, I've always liked having the full context of what happens in a transaction or how smart contracts work, this could really help even those learning about Blockchain development. I would like to learn but it seems like I have to dedicate a ton of time for that.
