I like having limited choices - it makes me feel like I’m in control of my choices. Allows me to evaluate my options 

Its like diners in nyc - why is there an entire page dedicated to omlettes, how can one ever feel like they could make any sort of informed decision?

I think this'll even be a discussion we might increasingly have in crypto - where we need some sort of systems that help us reduce down sufficiently for us humans to not get paralysed by the choices that permissionless networks offer.
