I'm not a fan of notion at all. Content should be better scheduled in a tool that let's you connect to Twitter so that's scheduled directly. But, after several months of nudging, we are now not anymore drafting the content in Twitter drafts but in Notion. While it's a bit of a copy-pasting hassle, it gives such a better overview with our other channels.

I had a perfectly thought-through google sheet I had adjusted based on a hubspot template to fit my use, including copy for different platforms, planning of each month, blog posts etc... There was overview and there was in-detail. There was always copy paste involved, but since there was nothing that supports twitter, linkedin, discord, telegram anyway as a combo. For me content also includes the themes we cover in blogs, the newsletters so... on tool never was up for the whole of it ^^

sounds like in your case one spreadsheet was replaced with another spreadsheet tool. Notion is so in search, it's database/table feature are glorified but useless. Combining info from different tables is a pain. Airtable or even coda is so much better in that. Notion for me is doc with a lot of useless features nobody uses. It's too bloated for writing and too meager for spreadsheets
