i was off it for 5 days basically and honestly just seeing everyone say how bad it is, means I need more such 5 days in my life. 

Crypto really needs to graduate twitter for good.

I think after 5 years I kinda got a good X hygiene but it's still, always refreshing to not check and see the world around you continue spinning haha

hahah it’s definitely a cesspool but can still be useful if you’re very deliberate about what you want to use it for. requires a lot of algo tuning and pruning.

e.g. nearly impossible to follow crypto markets without using twitter, but will also drive you certifiably insane if you aren’t self-aware about what you’re consuming and why

but yeah, really enjoying some time away while markets aren’t good
