I'll look into that some time, should find a way to store things that really matter without reliance on third parties.

i never put anything i want to archive on any cloud. there's also the worry now that these "free" services will start ai scraping them for training (╥_╥) 

a good option is to run a homeserver/nas. u get all the conveniences of a personal cloud without all the bad stuff of trusting companies to hold onto your stuff

Out of curiosity do you use any of those p2p storage networks?

I once ran ipfs but of course that ones flawed. And arweave sounds good but I have a hard time figuring what's worth being stored forever haha.

That said, I think when you use fileverse things go on arweave/ipfs.
