1. I want to genuinely discuss this although it is an emotional topic 2. Online media always simplifies dating as such (at least what I get recommended): - Man: has to be world-class breadwinner - Woman: Has to be stunningly female and beautiful

Looks have so far been a terrible indicator for me in terms of whether we'll actually even just as far as have a great conversation. Which makes it harder. Cause what else can you go by if the one thing these apps optimise for isn't all that useful to you. 😅 Interests also limited options so not that useful.
