One thing that does give me pause about nuclear is like …. do you trust any of these people pushing this stuff and running it to be honest with you in an accident? Reactor no 4 in Chernobyl exploded 3 days before they told anyone to get out of the surrounding area

Note that people outside of the us except direct competitors would want this to happen regardless of trust, as accidents affect them less, and burning fossil fuels would affect them more in the long run.
