no equipment max burn today’s warpcast workout is a 💥 10 minute HIIT blast 💥 structure: • 5 exercises • 3 rounds • work interval: 20 seconds per exercise • rest interval: 10 seconds between exercises • 1 minute rest between rounds exercises: 1. squat twist 2. push ups 3. lunge walks 4. reverse plank knee drive 5. wall sit take one minute of rest and repeat 3 times intensity level - high 🎶 Goodums (Sammy Virji Remix) - Unknown T which i discovered on @robin's HIGHER FM uplifted mix thanks so much for the feedback yesterday starting next week i will post one minute 'workout with me' videos on mondays and thursdays! as always lmk if you have any questions!
