Startup is changing. Most 2023 teams I've seen are extremely lean, remote and generalists. Stark contrast to when I was an intern In 2018. I remember fondly a 'fruit team' whose job was to take care of all the juicers in the office

thankfully, the space has embraced remote work better than any other industry. blessed in that regard. throughout my 7 years working with different teams i've found that agencies have the best balance of work ~ life: the approach is generally more structured.
