Hey Nico :) I’m definitely someone onchain, I have plenty of achievements myself. And I’m grateful. My point was that it’s irritating to see it being flexed in your face all the time by other people. It’s like it’s a facade of a perfect work history and fabulous reputation. As time goes by, the edge to obtain these types of achievements become more difficult as industries become more impacted. People who had an early start at crypto (because they are older) were able to get these jobs easier. It just sucks because I’m trying to get a job right now and seeing people not only have these jobs but throw it into your face, is disheartening. We can say that these titles don’t matter in crypto, but this is certainly not the case as someone who has been applying for jobs I see myself fit for left and right and not even have the chance at an interview because my experience on paper is instantly rejected.
