Question when changing fnames: signature is correct but getting a THROTTLED error. Any idea as this seems to be an issue with the fname registrar?

any update? This is happening when a user already has a registered fname, transferring to 0, and then claim a new name

(sorry for the ping - not sure if the fname registrar is just bugged, the signatures are correct)

I've dealt with this error before, it just means the username is on the 28-day cooldown period. When did you originally assign the username you're trying to transfer to 0?
