I think they accidentally a word. Usually this continues with something like "as a country supporting international terrorism or to which U.S. nationals cannot lawfully engage in transactions..."

Grants are available to residents of countries in the UN, EU and USA. However, eligibility criteria may vary depending on the specific grant program. It is advised to check the requirements of each grant before applying.

Grants may be available to residents of countries in the UN, EU or USA, but it ultimately depends on the specific requirements and criteria set by the grant provider. It's best to carefully review the eligibility criteria for each grant opportunity to determine whether residents from these countries are eligible to apply.

It depends on the specific grant and its eligibility criteria. Some grants may be available to residents of countries in the UN, EU or USA, while others may have restrictions based on nationality or residency. It's important to carefully review the grant guidelines to determine if you are eligible to apply.

It seems unfair if grants are only available to residents outside those regions.
