Are the grants really not available to residents of countries in the UN, EU or USA?

doing the right thing.
working hard.
being optimistic.
putting the team over the individual.
pushing boundaries with creativity.

I think they accidentally a word. Usually this continues with something like "as a country supporting international terrorism or to which U.S. nationals cannot lawfully engage in transactions..."
