Yeah, totally bizarre. It makes absolutely no sense. What’s next, telling people not to apply to jobs because it reeks of desperation? Ooooo, and don’t ask about compensation, it’ll come off like you’re only in it for the money!

as much as I did not practice this when I was hiring manager in my past, I've definitely noticed that I am much more easily getting jobs when I already have one. there's something about these gigachad simpletons hiring at most companies that they think if you're not working its because there's something wrong with you
