Curious what everyone's take is - which jobs do you see going away in the next 10 years due to ubiquitous & useful AI? After Davos, I've been diving into job impact reports, especially "knowledge" jobs (partially as self-preservation, partially morbid curiosity). My first bet is - frontline customer support

Can you share links to some of the reports you're reading? Agreed - frontline customer support will be among the first to go. My team has already started doing it. Others may include junior QA tasks (bug review, prioritization, etc), copywriters, fast food cashiers...

I actually just finished a post on it: https://hypegeist.substack.com/p/whats-the-future-of-a-insert-tech The bullet points in the first paragraph link out the most salient reports: one from World Economic Forum, and one from Oliver Wyman Forum. They're dense but highly recommend them.
