I’ve been on and off journaling for years, but it always felt a bit pointless - once the note is finished, it’s never revisited; journals are tossed once they’re filled to avoid clutter, and even if I kept them it’s not like I can easily look something up anyways. For the last few days I’ve been transcribing pics of my journal pages using ChatGPT and saving them in Notion, which feels life changing - at least all that creativity doesn’t seem throwaway. My husband says if I die, these will be perfect to fine-tune an agent replica of me, so there’s another perk.

I saw a report on arxiv (from 2017!!) that dev jobs might be extinct by 2040 due to AI, which seems hard to believe?? In the meantime, 2027 predictions from WEF: - Designer demand up some - Dev demand up by ~25% (blockchain devs especially!) - PM jobs net zero

Am I stuck? Got a direct cast, trying to read it on iPhone, but I suspect my Mac is my primary device.
