I've heard rumors that some digital artists are having an easier time making a living selling physical items online than selling 1/1 NFTs even at a steep discount. What needs to happen for that to change? A greater cultural shift towards digital art collections? A healthier narrative around art NFTs and what they do for artists? Lets talk. What do you think?

gotta bridge support -> outcome. in some cases its enough for someone to simply support an artist, but those interactions happen less frequently and make sense to have a little friction as possible (unlike collecting nfts). in other cases, supporters want something. Let's call it utility. A physical provides that intuitively. Secondary markets could provide that, but they're still young and require ux that facilitates it

How do you convince someone that buying something physical with art on it (or is art) is the same or worse than buying a digital version that you can only view through a screen? You can wear a shirt or ball cap, you can print off a poster... It isn't very clear to most people what to even do with an NFT other than look at it in the wallet or shop page every now and then and perhaps sell it some day
