Best (retro) handheld console for a 4/5y old? options: - gb advance sp - ds - 3ds - switch lite i have a lot of nostalgia for the earlier consoles but it might just be better to go with a used switch lite?

the DS is such a good console. pick up an R4DS and install a whole library of games, and some homebrew like Nitrotracker 👇 With the built in mic, you can even make your own instruments. I made a whole album on one of these years ago (mxjxn.bandcamp.com)

advance is also great, switch is probably most practical. 3DS is dumb
