Exercise prescription is both super important and not important at all The times it’s important is when you’re participating in a structured program for a very specific goal on a timeline Other than that, general fitness exercise picks don’t really matter. So many other better ROI things to focus on Also, 1000 ways to skin a cat so don’t miss the forest through the trees
