Don’t mean to call u out Alor, but this is hustling backwards Big mistake I see in beginners is that they think “if I buy X, it will make me want to Y” Nope. I’ve had clients buy $10k treadmills for their house because it’s so convenient to get their steps in…. And barely use it Convenience does not equal motivation You don’t need any equipment to start, you just need TO start Discipline will take you 80% of the way. Develop that first before thinking about efficiency or optimization But - since u already bought it… good luck soldier

Every plan Claude created for me implied at least dumbbells and barbell. Excluded all the pans involving dips because parallels at home are no go for me. So I thought I just bought the minimum to start. Creatine is key, so I need it. Same for the proteins… I don’t get where I’m wrong.
