Longevity is the biggest scam in science right now A whole lot of poor data, limited studies, and extreme extrapolation makes the perfect environment to sell products that may or may not work to unsuspecting consumers Best part? There is NO WAY TO EVER KNOW IF IT WORKS! We’ll all be dead by then anyway 🙃

Totally agree, and too multifactorial to control. Why the differentiation of longevity and healthspan is important. Control the factors you can to have a better QUALITY of life at an older age. Difference spending the last 20yrs of your life laying in a nursing home vs traveling/enjoying with your great grandkids
