I think it will cause confusion for people who use the shared frame because they don't understand that they have to reply to recent messages to users who are not followers.
I think it would be better if when you share it, it says "Your latest reply to non-followers is required"

I'm sorry if my frame experiment did the same harm to your account. You did not deserve this. If someone had to be punished it should've just been me, not you, you were using a frame and sending sincere congratulations. I was exploiting and surfacing what I think is a flaw. 

I've rolled back the share + tag feature as soon as I saw @v's warning but as it looks like right now it wasn't just a warning.

It's totally unfair! I have no idea how this algorithm works. the night they updated the power badges, I checked out the accounts that got them and was left wondering about the criteria used !
