Isn't the goal of this to attract and retain users? I went from a "< 1000" to a "< 500" score and it is kind of demotivating that apparently my casts do not earn any points for whatever reason. For me it looks like the score doesn't move at all. Still happy with the engagement I got on the few casts I made but this is just a slap in the face.

Yeah my score has been stuck at 3000 for the last 3 days now despite getting some decent engagement in that time My theory is that itβs only counting engagement from certain accounts. Probably constrained by OpenRank. Definitely seems borked seeing the same exact score for 3 days in a row

I am right with you. First day at <1000, then next day at <500. Still <500. Pretty sure I'm ngmi π Really wish it would show the actual number (surely it's known, right?)

You would think so, however it seems that they have better content when they do this kind of gamingfication type stuff. I think these kind of social media have always had a lot of junk, but I like to be surprised. Also interesting that programmers/developers do have a public status here. Don't see that on other SM
