I find myself getting more frustrated with my older son because 

A. He is exactly like me


I’m aware of it and catch myself some times, but it’s a constant battle

It’s as though I punish him for being the things I don’t like about myself

Just do not control, I think we believe that others need our teachings.
They don't, they need our love.
Human beings are very smart from very young, let every person do as they wish, they're on their learning journey, and your job is to love them and be interested in and supportive of their growth.
